HSM 50 Pulverising Mill
This grinding mill is suitable for the pulverisation of different kinds of material, for example silicate, cement, ceramic material, ores, iron sinter, slag ferroalloys and various other minerals.
The sample material is filled manually into the grinding vessel and the vessel with puck and lid is placed and fixed by hand in the machine clamping device. The grinding time is adjustable at the integrated control panel. The grinding cycle is activated by pressing a start button.
The closed overall machine cover is locked by a safety switch while the machine is running. The grinding vessel is manually removed from the machine after grinding for discharging the ground sample and cleaning. The machine is totally enclosed, sound insulated and requires a minimum of operators’ time and maintenance. Safety switches automatically de-activate the machine in case of malfunctions during operation.
Grinding Vessels of 10ccm or 50ccm are available in either Chromium Steel or Tungsten Carbide. Contact our service department for further information.
