Established in 1989, Datech Scientific Limited (DSL) are a British independently owned company that specialise in sample preparation equipment and laboratory automation solutions for X-ray fluorescence (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES) including Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) and Spark Analysis. We are the official UK and Irish Agents for HERZOG Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG who are world renowned for the quality and reliability of their sample preparation equipment and laboratory automations. Furthermore, our partnership with Nucomat C.V, enables DSL to offer a wide range of bespoke laboratory automation solutions designed specifically to overcome your laboratory process challenges including sample throughput, reproducibility and health and safety risk. In 2015, we strategically partnered with world leading Laser Ablation (LA-ICP- MS) and Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) instrument manufacturer Applied Spectra Inc. (ASI) to expand our offering to include elemental analysis instrumentation. ASI’s versatile, robust and rapid instruments complement existing techniques such as XRF with extremely desirable capabilities for both R&D and Quality Control Laboratories. In addition, DSL has many other partners who extend our service offering to the customer. For example, these include;
